It seems that where people are has an impact on the kind of alterations they’d like to make. The study revealed that individuals living in the Midlands and Wales were most likely to want to alter their abodes, while those in Northern Ireland were least likely.
Meanwhile, the majority of consumers who wanted to change their home were aged between 35 and 54. In this demographic, 92 per cent of people wanted to do something to their properties. In contrast, 72 per cent of individuals aged between 18 and 34 were keen to improve their houses or flats.
